I wanted to share this special concert that I wrote, directed and performed alongside my longtime collaborator, music director, arranger and good friend Joseph Thalken. Because of the nature of the content, the concert has a shelf-life. I more than likely won't perform this show in this manner again. It was a labor of love and with deep introspection.
I don't pretend to have answers on how to manage grief or how to get through it; that takes a lifetime of riding the middle-way and managing your expectations and, even then, I can't say that it can be mastered.
This was my journey in music and written word form.
